About the Artist

Peggy Sebera's paintings, in acrylic and oil, are often of the landscapes of Northern California. Peggy lives in Petaluma, CA, near the Sonoma and Napa wine country. Peggy.is a member of the Petaluma Arts Association, the Petaluma Arts Council, The Arts Council of Sonoma County, the Valley of the Moon Art Association in Sonoma, the Gualala Arts Center and The Marin Agricultural Land Trust.

"I LOVE THE EARTH and all its colors, shadows, and shapes. I love to identify all the plants, the crops, the bounty of harvests. I watch the moon and the sun rise and set most days. In Sonoma, I stop often to paint or take pictures of the blue or gray skies, the vineyards and mustard fields, and the cows! And I am most passionate about our rolling hills -- be they red, green, golden, or brown.
